The Highlands Grill & Tap House is located at the Highlands Golf & Country Club, which sits atop the hill overlooking Post Falls. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The atmosphere is casual, and they offer a kids' menu for little ones, as well as banquet and event hosting. Reservations are recommended for parties of 6 or more.
