The Cathay Inn has been in Spokane for more than 50 years. The restaurant takes great pride in serving the highest quality Szechuan and Chinese native dishes, including traditional favorites like chow mein, egg foo young, fried rice, and sweet and sour pork and chicken. This restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. They have banquet rooms available for receptions, luncheons, weddings and meetings, and can accommodate groups of 20 up to 200 people.
