Bob Hemphill, the owner of Chicken-n-More, is originally from Texas and loves barbeque and baseball. He has certainly hit a home run in Spokane with his own concoction of spicy sweet Bar-B-Que sauce.

This down home cookin' place is open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 1 pm to 8 pm. and serves up crisp chicken, moist meaty ribs and luscious pulled pork. Other southern-cooking treats on the menu include cornmeal-breaded catfish, BBQ ribs, pork and beans, red beans and rice, collard greens, and the house special, sweet potatoe pie.
