The Wild Sage American Bistro is located just a few blocks from downtown Spokane's retail core, close to offices and many of the city's flourishing arts and entertainment venues. The restaurant has a relaxing and refined atmosphere and is decorated in rich earth tones.
After opening in March 2006, this restaurant quickly became one of downtown Spokane's "go to" spots for business lunches, romantic dinners, and desserts or small plates after a show. It was voted "Best New Business in Spokane" in the 2007 Inlander Readers Poll.
The Wild Sage is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch and from 5 to 9 p.m. for dinner. It is also open Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m., but is closed on Sunday. Banquet space for up to 50 people is available, as is off-site catering.
Lunch entrees range in price from $7.25 to $10. Dinner main dishes range between $15.50 and $28 and include such items as Hawaiian Mahi Mahi, Rack of Lamb, New York Steak and Rabbit.
