There are a number of trails in the Inland Northwest that are great for hiking and biking. We have everything from abandoned logging roads to high mountain trails and, of course, the famous Centennial Trail.

Our Hiking and Biking sections provide information on some of the more popular spots.

There are many varieties of species to hunt in the Inland Northwest, including deer, moose, elk and turkey. There are also a number of different hunting methods allowed, such as modern firearm, archery or muzzleloader.

But you’d better know the rules before you go. Our Hunting page has the information you need.

Think outside the box ...
step outside your comfort zone.

If you are a "thrill-a-minute" type person, you might be very interested in checking out some of the listings we have in our Thrill Seeking pages. These hobbies might not be for everyone, but you will find them in our region.

We are lucky to live in an area surrounded by some of the best fishing lakes, rivers and streams in the country. Everything from trout fishing to sturgeon fishing is available here.

In our Fishing section, you’ll find information about the different fishing seasons, as well as rules and regulations enforced by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. If you know before you go, the fishing is bound to better - and a lot more fun.
